For my EICRs I like to have a pre report visual at the current installation highlighting the potential areas that will need addressed. The EICR cannot be done over the phone , all reports start from a basic standard cost and will go up depending on what is needing carried out. I will talk you through your EICR and what you need to have at your rented accommodation for it to meet the current rented property standards.
Fuse board Upgrading - The most critical part of any installation is your fuse board. If you think your fuse board is in need of due care and attention I will explain what is currently in place and your options on upgrading and what those costs will involve and explain the process in upgrading your fuse board while also inspecting your current installation.
